That is something different I did last week. I was a participant, not the facilitator of the retreat. It was an eye-opening experience.

Ninety-five percent of what I have heard are not really new to me. I’ve been sharing the same principles to people. But it is really great when you find that something you know has a name.

And when you have a name for something, it is easier to teach it. So, yes, that was something different I did last week.
