Natural Therapies Depression
This blog is going to be written on my WordPress site over the next week or two. It should be completed by the end of February, 2010. I do not expect it to be completed until then. Due to this situation, this blog will exhibit various states of completion until it is done. When this blog is complete, these words will be removed.
Preface
I did write a significant document in the year 2000 in regard to what I had learned in regard to how to treat state of depression. This initial material was lost (when I lost the hard drive it was on). In 2003, I did a rewrite of what I had learned by April 2000 in regard to how to properly treat a depressive state. This document, which can be easily found on the Internet by searching for it, is titled “Concepts And Ideas To Treat Depression Naturally” (2003) by Allen Darman.
I have also written some other very significant documents in regard to how to treat depression since 2003. The knowledge that I had gained in 2000 simply improved over time. One of these documents is…. (to be cont.)
The material that follows represents a significant upgrade to all that I have written in the past on the topic of depression.

Introduction
It has been almost ten years since I first gained a solid understanding of how to properly treat, or self-treat, a state of depression in most persons so afflicted.
I gained this solid understanding of how to treat depression by learning a number of things between September 1997 and February 2000. Some of what I learned about came from various alternative medical books that I had read (which are listed in the preface). And some of what I learned about depression came from a number of original discoveries that I had made. (I will go into these discoveries later in this document.)
When I first gained an understanding of how to properly treat a depressive state, I knew that “I had hit a home run for the world”.
In April 2000 I reported what I had learned about how to properly treat depression to the acknowledged leader of orthomolecular medicine at that time, a doctor named Dr. Abram Hoffer. Unfortunately, Dr. Hoffer, was unable to believe what I was telling him. Due to both his lack of knowledge, and his lack of experience, in using adequate therapeutic dosages of broad based amino acids properly (amino acids require a wide range of nutrient co-factors in order to work properly), Dr. Hoffer was unable to see the truth in regard to how depression should be properly treated. (Sadly, he died not long ago still not knowing the truth in this regard.)
By stating to Abram Hoffer that “I had hit a home run for the world”, I meant a number of things.
One thing that I meant when I said “I had hit a home run for the world” was that I had discovered that a state of depression, even if it was both longstanding and rather severe, could be profoundly treated in as little as eight to twelve hours.
I will give a specific example here. A person could be severely depressed enough to suffer from suicidal ideation, and be “almost unable to get out of bed”, at 8 AM. As a result of using a multi-stage, and entirely natural, therapy this same person could (1) exhibit no suicidal ideation whatsoever, and (2) be fine in both mood and ability to function, by late afternoon or early evening of the very same day.
This remission of a state of severe depression in such an amazing short period of time was due in part to the fact that the multi-stage natural therapy being used broadly and profoundly increased virtually all of one’s neurotransmitter levels (every single one!) in a period of as little as eight hours. (It actually takes the human brain only about five hours or so to build enough neurotransmitters to achieve complete remission of depression in most cases. The other three hours or so is needed to adequately correct numerous problematic issues, many of which are common to ALL cases of depression.)
This multi-stage natural therapy to properly treat depression required no doctor or medication whatsoever. Neither the services of ANY conventional medical doctor, or ANY antidepressant medication (no matter what kind or dosage), were required to properly treat a depressive state. (Indeed, the services of any conventional medical doctor, or any antidepressant medication, are actually counterproductive to a state of depression being properly resolved in EVERYONE that suffers from such).
Another thing that I meant when I said “I had hit a home run for the world” was that I had discovered that the entire class of antidepressant medication was a complete hoax. (Antidepressants are an enormous fraud of historical proportions being perpetuated on the public worldwide by Big Pharma. This is occurring simply for the sake of the billions of dollars in profits that these medications generate for the drug industry, and the doctors that prescribe them.)
It was clear to me in the year 2000 that Big Pharma had to know that all antidepressant medication being pushed on the general public is, and will always be, a hoax.
It is, and it will always be, biologically obvious that nutrients are the basic chemical building blocks of EVERY neurotransmitter in the brain. This is very basic, and irrefutable fact.
Believe me, Big Pharma knows far more than the basics in regard to how the human body and brain work. They are intentionally withholding from the public what they know. (It is clearly not in Big Pharma’s own self-interest to expose to the public the criminality of what they are doing in regard to pushing toxic and non-healing drugs on the entire human race.)
To attempt to change neurotransmitter levels by using man made medication to do so is absolutely NUTS!
This is especially true in light of the fact that nutrients (and other natural measures) can, and do, change neurotransmitter levels in every single human being on the planet.
Neurotransmitters are made out of essential nutrients from the food that you eat. This is irrefutable biological and scientific fact.
It is scientifically known which specific nutrients make any one of the hundred or so known neurotransmitters. Electron microscopes, which are the instruments used to determine the molecules of the brain and body, were invented decades ago. (With an electron microscope, scientists and medical researchers can see individual atoms and molecules.) Electron microscopes are the machines which determined the hundred or so known neurotransmitters. Electron microscopes are the same machines which determined what specific nutrient molecules all neurotransmitter molecules were actually made out of. (Knowledge of what specific nutrient molecules are necessary to make their associated neurotransmitters is BEING INTENTIONALLY WITHHELD FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC, simply to perpetuate the hoax of drug oriented medicine.)
Nutrients are the ONLY WAY that ANY and ALL neurotransmitter levels can actually be changed. Medications only change neurotransmitter levels artificially. No molecule of man made medication CAN, or WILL EVER BE ABLE TO, make a molecule of serotonin, or a molecule of dopamine, or a molecule of ANY other neurotransmitter. To do so would be biologically impossible.
Medications can only artificially increase the levels of certain neurotransmitters, such that those molecules of serotonin, or dopamine, etc. (that your body and brain have ALREADY HAVE MADE FROM THEIR NUTRITIONAL BUILDING BLOCKS) are somewhat more available (and therefore more biologically active, at least temporarily).
Nutrients and other natural measures can change neurotransmitter levels far better, and far faster, than any medication will EVER be able to.
This is true no matter how expensive the medication is, or how new it is, or the fact that such a medication is touted as “the latest medical science”.
It is true no matter how many thousands of antidepressant drug commercials are used to brainwash the public by promoting such products on TV. It is true no matter how many doctors say antidepressants are the best chemical answer to depression.
It is true no matter how many times these medications are prescribed by doctors to the millions of persons that suffer from depression.
And it is true that using medication to change neurotransmitter levels is NUTS! no matter how much our own federal government, and other governments worldwide, mandate drug-only healing by the ludicrous law that “only a drug can diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease”. (This law is criminal, and sorely needs to be changed.)
The Root Of My Knowledge; Where Did Such Come From?
By April 2000 I knew that all that was required to properly treat a depressive state (in most), no matter how longstanding or severe, was (1) adequate patient knowledge and understanding, and (2) at-home access to the raw materials (a wide range of supplements, psyllium, bentonite, raw vegetable juices, probiotics, etc.) needed to effect necessary biochemical change.

Although anxiety and depression are related, and often need the same kind of treatment, are not the same thing.
The fear comes in situations where a person is not necessarily a reason to be worried, and there are usually all the warning signs. Depression on the other side, either through fear and suitable for the individual to leave or sad down.

Relaxing the muscles you will feel less tense, and by partaking in the exercise of chemicals that are released in the brain feel good, asand offer the luxury of releasing the repressed anger and aggression in a positive way.
If you feel self through the healthy regular exercise improves self-esteem and that is the key to preventing depression. Another beneficial way of treating the symptoms of depression, anxiety, without the use of drugs is cognitive behavioral therapy.
This helps the person identify why they feel anxious and depressed, and provides them with the necessary technicaladdress the situation. The therapy has been linked to the reduction of an attitude that the bad things are about to speak when passing the data plays a critical role of anxiety and depression.
So it can be further improved if you increase your energy through healthy eating. For example, lowering the levels of sugar and caffeine intake and supplementing your diet with vitamins and herbal you know, a significant improvement of the conditions of the course, you will find allHealth.
